In-Home Technology Support offers expert help inside your home, for those problems we can’t solve on the phone or online. Our technician can help you pinpoint trouble areas, install new technology and equipment, or make repairs, all face-to-face. They can answer any questions you have about your technology, and make sure you it’s all set up and you know how to operate it. We guarantee that a technician can visit your home within one day to fix any problem we can’t address online or over the phone.

Alarm Services & Support

Alarm Services and Support includes a 24/7 alarm and security system support team via phone, whether we installed your alarm system initially or not. We monitor your home or business, either over a traditional phone line (basic service), through an IP (over your cable internet) communicator, or a GSM (cellular) communicator.

This active line of communication keeps your home or business connected to our Central Station. When a signal is received from your alarm, our team will confirm with you, and then notify the emergency authorities at your request.

In the event that you do not answer, we will automatically dispatch the authorities to provide prompt assistance. Your welfare and safety is our top priority, and we act quickly to give you the help you need. Once the authorities are on the way, we will even call those you pre-approve, so that your loved ones can be aware of your trouble and offer what assistance they can.

DirecTV Installation & Support

Dorney Security is an authorized dealer and sub-contractor of DirectTV and is licensed to install DirectTV. Our certified technicians can help you setup your satellite TV from DirecTV.

*High Speed internet required for some features of this application to operate, if you do not have a home network we will set one up for you for an additional fee.
